Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Registrations

When you enroll in a continuing education course through LMT Coach, your registration secures a seat in that class or online program.

2. Refund Policy

• In-Person Courses:
   
  • Cancellations 7+ days before the course: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the course: Non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class (at LMT Coach’s discretion).
• Online Courses:
   
  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of course content has been accessed.
  • After that, no refunds are issued.

3. Cancellations by LMT Coach

If a course is canceled by LMT Coach or the instructor (due to low enrollment, illness, or emergency), students may choose a full refund or course transfer.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

If you cannot attend, you may transfer to another course or send a substitute participant, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Results depend on individual effort, experience, and practice environment. No business, financial, or therapeutic outcomes are guaranteed.
